Shipping prices are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and location. Add the windows you want to the cart, enter your zip code, and choose your state for the shipping rate. Note the more you purchase, the better the shipping costs, even if we ship from separate locations. Note: We are unable to ship windows to PO Boxes. Max Rate Shipping Applies to Continental USA Only!
International Shipping: We only charge shipping costs. We do not capture any Taxes or Duties fees that may be due on receipt per your Country's import policies. Most shipping companies will only deliver if the costs have been paid.
Will Calls: We only offer pick-up options at our location. Upon special request, we can set up a pick-up at a manufacturer's warehouse. We take no responsibility for errors in will call to non-Van Windows Direct warehouses. Issues can include incorrect items, unavailable stock, long wait times, and unreported closures. While we make every effort to avoid any of these issues, it's still possible. Consider these considerations when opting for Will Calls, especially when traveling long distances. We also recommend checking windows before leaving the warehouse. Will Calls left unreceived over two weeks or ready date will be accessed a re-stocking fee and canceled.
Damages/Shortages/Incorrect: Damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported immediately. Product damages reported seven or more days after receiving are not guaranteed to be honored. We apologize. However, many trucking companies and manufacturers only allow three days. If a window is damaged, please send a few photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will initiate a damage claim, pick up the damaged window if necessary and send you a replacement with no out-of-pocket expense. Shortages or Incorrect items must be identified within two weeks after receipt of goods. Anything beyond that may not be honored.
To cancel an order, call 858-800-4795 with your Order # and request a cancellation. No cancellations are guaranteed as some items may be shipping from other warehouses or packed on trucks and can no longer cancel if the product(s) have already shipped. We can help to facilitate a re-direct. Fees will apply to any cancellation already shipped or packed in a truck. Any cancellation request sent via email is not guaranteed, regardless of when the email was sent.
